Process Followed

The process followed was Kanban. As this was a One week project, So we concluded to make tickets in our Trello board instead of setting up the whole agile and sprint structure on our Jira.

There were 3 pages and for each page, we created tickets for individual sections in which we preferred to test the tasks continuously. This helped us to achieve the results quickly and perfectly

Problems Faced

Client Budget Issue: We addressed the client politely and submitted the previously approved documents and requested him to justify our efforts. As our client was generous and he valued time, our issues with the exceeding budget were resolved

Implementing Animations: TThe Animations were to be implemented in the “HOW IT WORKS” section. The animations were new for us and demanded dynamicity as per the design. So it took us a bit of time in R&D and logic. One of our best designers came up with logic and we were able to fix the issues.

Deadline Management Issue: There were continuous changes in Figma from the client’s side which resulted in continuous changes in the code. So we tried our best to beat the deadline. Had to spend some extra hours and a quick talk with the client regarding changes was relieving. So we made it in time.

Timezone Issues : As the client was from a different timezone, we tried our best to be available in his timezone so we could communicate with him and his team.

Conclusion

We had taken various measures while the accomplishment of this project. Our client communication was proper. We cleared up everything by asking queries about our doubts to avoid reworks. Also, we kept the client in the loop even if his time zone was a bit different from ours. In conclusion, The best factor in the successful delivery of a project is Communication and the rest of the factors come up later.

We were able to deliver the project on time because we addressed the problems on time, managed our risks, and also did our cost-cutting in an effective and efficient manner.
