Create a new website for Real estate fund business in which we need a slider on the homepage. Website should be built in Squarespace. Need to create 7 pages.

We gather all the requirements from client & created a project plan. According to the plan website should take only 10days to go live. So we created a mockup for all the pages & share it with clients. After getting approval from client, we started working on the design. We completed the design as per mockup within 5 days. We followed waterfall methodology in this project.
There was only one major problem we faced during the development of this website, client asked to create a slider on the homepage he shared reference for that slider but it was not possible to create similar slider on Squarespace because it doesn’t provide vast customization options.
We created a different slider that was resembling the slider of client’s reference we did some customization in the in-built slider of Squarespace.
Development: In Squarespace we didn’t have to work on any major functionality so we started working on its links & made sure that the website is SEO friendly. We completed the development part within 3 days.
Quality analysis: After completing the whole website we shared the website to QA so he can test it. QA completed his testing within two days & shared all the bugs with the team. After fixing all the bugs & issues team passed the website to QA again. After getting approval from the team we share the website with client on the 11th day.
We delivered this project to our client within the timeline & according to his expectations. He was very happy with the work
